common things we can fix fast
my generation failed and I lost credits
failed generations refund automatically. if your balance didn't move, email us with the job id and we'll fix it. (we never deduct credits for failed work.)
my upload won't go through
- only mp4 and mov are supported.
- uploads over 500 MB don't go through. trim or compress first.
- uploads over 100 MB usually work but slow down. shorter is better.
- your video must contain an audio track.
I bought credits and they're not in my account
refresh the app — credits land within a few seconds of a successful payment. if a minute has passed and the balance is still wrong, email us with your Lemon Squeezy order id and we'll grant the credits manually.
can I get a refund?
credit purchases are non-refundable (see terms). that said: failed generations refund credits automatically, and credits never expire. if something feels unfair, email us and we'll talk.
I want to delete my account
email us and we'll erase your account, videos, and generation history within 30 days. unused credits at the time of deletion are forfeited.
